I am giving a talk next week on making a Sabbath day a delight. I think I want to focus on preparing for the Sabbath day and the Sacrament. Let me know if you have any thoughts on the topic.

I currently have the words "Today I will prepare for the sacrament by" written on my mirror to remind me to always be thinking of and preparing for the sacrament. It has been there for a few months now. Unfortunately, I don't notice the words and neglect to think about it most days. I want to be better. I love your topic. If I think of any good resources or thoughts, I'll definitely send them your way.
